Brian has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications and mission-critical industries, with direct oversight and design of more than 800 facilities deployed across hundreds of municipalities in 45 states and 3 countries. He holds a B.S. in Architecture and a B.S. in Environmental Design from Ball State University. As the head of overall company operations, Brian is responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining Five Nine Design Group’s customer relationships. Through his leadership over the past 20 years, he has expanded the company’s long-term customer base, service offerings, and capabilities, establishing Five Nine Design Group as an industry leader in telecommunications and mission-critical design services.
Rex is a registered architect and Principal at Five Nine Design Group. A graduate of Ball State University with a B.S. in Architecture and a B.S. in Environmental Design, he holds professional licenses in over 15 states. With more than 10 years of design and management experience in the telecommunications and mission-critical industries, Rex brings special expertise in navigating the AHJ agency process and securing permits. He has a proven track record of delivering multiple projects on fast-paced timelines under challenging conditions. Rex manages day-to-day production and leads the team on all Five Nine projects, ensuring each meets the customer’s expectations within the contracted scope and project schedule milestones.
Amanda holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer-Aided Drafting and Design, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design and Drafting. She has over 13 years of experience in design and drafting, working with both 2-D drafting and 3-D modeling throughout her career. As the lead drafter for all Five Nine Design Group projects, Amanda also supports project AHJ permitting, timelines, and utility procurement.
Guy has over 24 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with 20 of those years spent in management overseeing projects and people. He enjoys working with people—whether clients, vendors, or colleagues—and is responsible for site identification, site acquisition, and site due diligence at Five Nine Design Group. Guy’s passion for attention to detail drives his success in these areas. He is certified in several areas of business, including capacity planning, employment law, and resource planning and management.
Guy attended Marian College, where he studied Psychology and Sociology, with a minor in Economics. He was also a track and field athlete and an active member of several social clubs. His hobbies include coin collecting, investing in precious metals, and fixing anything that’s broken. “I love a good challenge and believe you can learn to do anything if you just practice and learn from your mistakes,” he says.
Guy is married with two children: a 9-year-old daughter and an 8-year-old son. His pets include a turtle named Sheldon, a bunny named Barry, and a dog named Marty.
Nick joined Five Nine in 2022 as one of our construction project managers. He has over 20 years of customer service experience and 3 years of project management. Nick is responsible for our project construction administration and site closeout program at Five Nine. His attention to detail and multitasking make him critical to the success of dozens of projects that must progress through construction simultaneously, on time and on budget. His experience and focus on daily tasks ensure that all of our customers' projects are finished and closed out to the highest levels of quality and consistency.
